Nervous Theatre returns to Bozeman with their latest work-in-process, a theatrical event exploring the ways we gather and collectively transform.

Melissa Dawn
performer
Melissa Dawn is a visual and performing artist. She grew up in South Carolina where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and a Master of Arts in Teaching. In New York, she trained extensively at the studios of Merce Cunningham and Trisha Brown and performed in the companies of June Finch, Hiske Dooper, Himiko Minato, and Richard Decker. Melissa is a founding member, choreographer, and teacher for Collective Movement and Raison D’être Dance Project. She choreographs and performs with Juicy Entertainment/Jupiter’s Lounge and Nervous Theatre, and she presents her work independently in Bozeman and on film.
Isabel Shaida
performer
Isabel is a movement artist and community organizer. She volunteers with Gallatin Valley Sunrise and currently sits on the Bozeman Sustainability Board. Isabel has devised original works as well as having performed with Monica Bill Barnes & Co. and Double Edge Theatre. She continues to train with SITI Co. and Wendell Beavers and studies somatic embodiment. She believes that through caring for one another, entering our bodies, we can create structural change.
Annabella Joy
performer
Annabella is a performer, songwriter and teaching artist. She has worked with a variety of companies including Theatre By the Sea in Matunuck, RI and American Repertory Theater in Boston, MA. She is a founding member of Nervous Theatre and recently played Madame in their inaugural touring production of THE MAIDS. BFA: The Boston Conservatory

Connor Berkompas
performer
Connor is the founding artistic director of Nervous Theatre. He recently created an original adaptation of Samuel Beckett's TEXTS FOR NOTHING, presented at The Boston Conservatory and Gloucester Stage. Projects with Nervous Theatre include the world premieres of STRANGE MATING CALLS and MOMMY'S DEAD AND THEY BURIED HER IN MOSCOW as well as touring productions of THE CAUCASIAN CHALK CIRCLE and THE MAIDS.
